The 2020 Oak Tree Home Owners Association Annual Meeting of the Owners will be held Tuesday, January 26th, at 6:30pm.
Due to safety concerns regarding COVID-19, the meeting will be held virtually, as a Zoom Webinar.
Because we are hosting this meeting virtually, all voting will be done in advance, with the use of a proxy-ballot. The proxy-ballot contains two issues to vote upon: the approval of our 2021 Annual Budget, and the approval of the Minutes for the 2020 Annual Meeting. Please make sure your proxy is returned to the Association prior to the meeting so we are assured of having a quorum and can continue to hold this meeting.
You may return your proxy-ballot many ways:
Paper Forms are available at both the East and West Guard Houses, The Oak Tree Country Club front desk, and directly outside the HOA office. You may also download and print a PDF version of the Proxy Ballot here.
